Directions :
Adults and children 12 years and older, 1-3 times daily or as directed by a health practitioner.
Wet towel in luke warm water and apply to affected area. Once affected area is warm to touch, dry and apply the Imada Red Flower Analgesic Oil to the affected area by rubbing gently or firmly until it's absorbed into the skin.
