Directions
Dissolve one sachet of effervescent Vivaxl in six to eight ounces of water. Do not exceed one sachet of Vivaxl in a 24-hour period.

Performance/Fitenss* Take one sachet of Vivaxl 1/2 hour prior to workouts or competition.

Mood/Cognitive Function* Take one sachet of Vivaxl daily on an empty stomach. For optimal results, take Vivaxl in the morning.
