Dell Latitude E6540 9T9HD12-F166 Error on Boot FOR PARTS REPAIR
It does not boot, gives the Security Manager error #9T9HD12-1F66 which indicates aproblem with the BIOS. It will not run selective boot pressing F2 nor F12. This could be a simple fix or maybe more involved.
