Set of 20, large horse chestnuts healthy tree. Approximately 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" in diameter. These chestnuts seeds or conkers are easily propagated when fresh.

Please message me if you require fresh soft chestnuts for crafts that require piercing the chestnuts with tooth picks etc. Fresh chestnuts may only be available in fall and early winter, please message me if this is what you are looking for. What I have on offer are dried and firm, perfect for decoration.

Horse Chestnut is a medium to large deciduous tree that typically grows 50 to 75 feet tall, cold hardy, showy white flowers with red or yellow markings. The fruit is a globular capsule consisting of 1 to 2 Horse chestnuts encased by a leathery light brown husk covered with sharp spines. When ripe, each Horse chestnut turns shiny dark mahogany brown with a round light tan scar.
