Unbranded Bulk Shoestring material Round w/ Red Stripes 113 grams

This is shoestring "material" with no visible ends on it. I purchased bulk materials from a vendor that also had packaged shoestrings. All of the packaged strings were branded and made in the USA. I assumed this is vintage and USA product. Spool itself in poor condition, Shoelace material In good condition as pictured
