The eyes are challenged every day. Working on the computer, frequent television viewing, and nighttime car journeys are particularly strenuous for the eyes.

Several factors play an important role in eye health and vision. These include a good supply of nutrients, such as vitamin A* and the trace element zinc*. Since the body cannot produce these nutrients itself, they must be consumed regularly and in sufficient quantities through food.

Vitamin A and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Application
Take one capsule daily after a meal with sufficient liquid, without chewing.
