Description:
Hascovir control MAX prevents the recurrence of herpes simplex in adults with normal immunity.
Ingredients:
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), potato starch, magnesium stearate.
Indications and action:
Hascovir control MAX. It is used to prevent the recurrence of herpes simplex in adults who have been diagnosed with herpes simplex infection in the past. Hascovir control MAX is intended for patients with normal immunity.
Dosage:
It should always be used exactly as described in the information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. To be taken orally, with tablets washed down with water. The dosage of Hascovir control Max in adults is 1 tablet 2 times a day (every 12 hours).
Contraindications:
Do not use the medicine in people with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of this product.
Interactions:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines you are currently taking, or have recently taken, as well as medicines you plan to take, including those obtained without a prescription.
Using the drug with food and drink:
Concomitant food intake does not affect the absorption of Hascovir control MAX. It can be taken with or without food. Drink plenty of fluids while taking the product.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist before using. Do not use it during pregnancy unless your doctor considers that the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
Warnings and precautions:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine if you have: kidney problems, or are taking medicines that can damage the kidneys, especially severe recurrent cold sores, frequent (more than 6 times a year) and long-term (more than 5 days of ineffective treatment) herpes recurrences. Consultation is also recommended for elderly people. Hascovir control MAX. Contains lactose, so if you have been diagnosed with an intolerance to some sugars, consult your doctor before using the medicine.
The medicinal product is considered sodium-free. The medicine should be stored out of the sight and reach of children.
