oem vintage the freestyle lancing device with AST cap

this is a new lancing device parted out from a sealed kit..........uses freestyle lancets and maybe others.........no scuffs or scratches.........totally new..............it comes with the information sheet and a sealed bag of 10 lancets............the lancets are beyond their date so not part of the listing.......i will send them along so you can use them to test out your new device without wasting fresh lancets.................
