Used for :
Muscle ache, joint pain, sprains, bruises, soft-tissue strain, back and shoulder pain

How to use :
Clean and dry the skin over the painful area.
Peel the backing film from one patch.
Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin, smoothing flat to avoid creases.
Leave on for 8–12 hours, then remove and allow the skin to rest before reapplying if needed.
Do not use more than 2 patches simultaneously, and do not exceed 24 hours of continuous wear on the same area.

Directions:
Do not use more than 2 per day
Do not use 1 hour prior to bathing or 30 minutes after bathing
Clean and dry the affected area.
Remove plaster from plastic backing and apply to affected area.
Plaster will remain effective for 12 hours and be even more effective when used after a bath.
Do not apply to extremely hairy skin. Highly adhesive plaster may hurt skin upon removal.
