Mavy Maison Gentleman's Watch H-2070 Quartz

It came out of my parents' warehouse.
I tried to open the lid when I tried to replace the battery, but it was too hard to open. (I'm an amateur)
When I opened the lid, I made a mistake and ended up with countless scratches on the back side of the watch.
I couldn't open the back, so I haven't checked the operation.

When viewed with the naked eye, it seemed to have no scratches on the glass, but when I enlarged it with the camera, it seemed to have slight scratches on the glass. (See image)
Also, when viewed with the naked eye, the dial looked beautiful, but when I enlarged it with the camera, I found out that there were small details on the dial? I feel like there is (see image)
