Black white enameled metal flower pin brooch as new vintage ll2651

Sophisticated and dramatic would best describe this excellent black and white pin made of metal petals enameled white in front and pewter on the back. The flower center is pierced work dotted with little black enameled beads.

It is 2 inches in diameter and in perfect condition with safety clasp on the back. The pin is not marked. It may be copper under the enamel. There is a small spot of copper on the back. Without scraping at the paint I can't tell if this is an accidental spill of copper paint in the factory or if it is a flaw in the enamel that lets the copper show through.
