Since Delta acquired Northwest Orient Airlines, finding items from the old company has turned into a hunt. Here is a hard to find red, pre-worn size EXTRA LARGE T-Shirt that was made for people the last time workers authorized a strike against the airline.
It is in worn once condition with no stains or holes. It measures 24 1/2 inches across the chest measured under the arms and from the back of the neck band to the bottom hem is just over 30 inches. The neck tag is missing so I can only guess at the fabric content--I don't think it is 100% cotton, but a cotton blend. On the FRONT of the T-Shirt silk screened in SILVER ink it reads: I SUPPORT NORTHWEST WORKERS NWA WORKERS TWIN CITIES SOLIDARITY COMMITTEE and a little union icon from the printers. Nothing on the back of the T-Shirt.
