Lucky penny key ring Lincoln cent green enamel gold tone excellent vintage ll2766

A key ring or good luck amulet that features a Lincoln cent embedded in a green enamel on gold tone metal fob. The key holder is a very strong split ring. The fob is 2.25 inches long and the ring is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. The back is marked with a crown inside a circle. I am not positive this is a genuine cent. It might have been cast from a penny mold. I think it is copper finished and not copper.
