This straight pencil skirt by Ann Taylor Loft features a faint white pinstripe throughout and nice fat low rise waistband that should allow it to sit directly across the hips. This skirt features a side zip closure with 3-bttn tab closure on waistband. This skirt has a split on the bottom at the left hand side. Please see pictures to see the split. This skirt is fully lined and all labels are intact and read:
