Description

This Sony DGD-120P DDS-2 4mm tape cartridge is compatible with DDS-2, DDS-3 and DDS-4 tape drives. this DGD-120P tape cartridge can store up to 8 GB of compressed data and 4 GB of native data on a 120m length tape. This DGD-120P tape works using the helical scan technology and use HESA (High Energy Stabilized Alloy) technology as the tape formulation. HESA is a metal particle technology with improved crystal structure and corrosion resistance which assures lower error counts and higher archival stability. Therefore these Sony DGD-120P DDS-2 tapes can last for a minimum of 1000 passes.
