Although Van Gogh sold only one painting in his life, the aftermath ofhis work is enormous.
VincentVan Gogh approached his 1888 painting, Langlois Bridge at Arles with Women Washing, with the Japanese aesthetic he so admired.
Van Gogh's paintings are some of the most well known and sought after images in modern culture.
Van Gogh thought of Arles as a French counterpart to the world he saw in the Japanese prints: clear air, blossoming trees, and the local people purposefully working in harmony with nature. He longed to see "nature under a brighter sky" to better understand what inspired the artists in Japan. He approached the subject of the Langlois Bridge mindful of the Japanese example, employing clear color and emphasizing the linear patterns of the bridge structure against the sky.
Our art shirts are printed by hand in small quantities using high quality non-toxic "watercolor technique" dyes on a wax press. High quality rich and durable screen prints on front and back of a top quality 35/65 cotton-polyester blend cap sleeve shirt.
Shipped brand new in poly bag. This top will not shrink. We recommend hand wash or machine wash gentle to preserve the colors.

SMALL measures ~16" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~21" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~32-34"chest/bust.
MEDIUM measures ~18" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~23" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~36-38"chest/bust.
LARGE measures ~19" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~25" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~38-40"chest/bust.
XL measures ~21" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~27" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~42-44"chest/bust.
