Made from 25yards of soft smooth royal blue Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft blue fabric elastic waistband.

This tutu also works perfectly under any dress or skirt as a petticoat.

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle. tutus are see through! our tutus are meant to be puffy and stick up and out!
