We try to always ship within 4 working days of payment, however if ordering a custom item shipping will of course take a little longer. We use Australian post, if you would like your package to be insured please contact us and we will let you know how much extra it will be. If a package that is not insured does not arrive or is damaged by the post office we are not responsible for the loss.
