THE PCIIIR TAKES THE INJECTOR PULSE FROM THE ECU AND CHANGES THE PULSE WIDTH SIGNAL TO THE INJECTORS.THE PCIII ALLOWS IGNITION ADJUSTMENTS AS WELL AS FUEL ADJUSTMENTS. THIS IS A MUST IF YOU ARE CHANGING FROM STOCK PIPES.THESE HAVE NEVER BEEN INSTALLED
