Made from almost 40yards of soft smooth Bridal tulle of purple and yellow, that has been gathered and serged to the fabric elastic waistband,

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle. tutus are see through! our tutus are meant to be puffy and stick up and out!
