Simplicity 9828 sewing pattern dated 1990 is a multi size pattern with 6 sizes in one pattern. The lined dress has a fitted bodice that extends below the normal waistline and a lovely full gathered skirt. Version 1 is tea/ballerina length and version 2 is knee length.
