Softcover, plastic comb-bound, 385 pages. 386 pages, illustrated with black and white drawings. Published by Bay General Community Hospital Cookbook Committee, 1980. Bay General Community Hospital became Scripps Memorial in 1986.
In Very Good used condition. Some shallow creasing on the front cover and a few internal pages. Pages very clean and unmarked.
Hundreds of recipes compiled and edited by the Cookbook Committee of Beth Bauman, Erna Lenihan, Clara Thornbury, Ray Sutton, Olaf Todal, Linda Underwood and JoAnn Wood. Recipe donors included everyone from Pete Wilson, the current Mayor, to hospital employees, city employees, and some recipes from area restaurants like Anthony's.
