Monogrammed white linen hanky handmade Madeira style embroidery vintage ll2947

This handmade hanky is beautifully embroidered in one corner with a Madeira style monogram. I cannot determine what the initial(s) is so I am calling it a motif. Part of the embroidery is fine white applique that may not show up on your computer screen.

The hanky is white linen, totally handmade with rolled hem and is in excellent vintage condition. The hanky measures 11 inches square.
