This is an 8-page softcover booklet, My Very Vest-Dress, by Cindy Taylor Oates, c. 1996 by Taylor Made Designs. It has a full-size pattern for the vest-dress that is graded for sizes 6 through 22, and templates for cute designs to embellish the vests.

It is in Very Good used condition with some cover edgewear and clean, unmarked interior pages.

From the first page:
What makes this my favorite, best, very vest-dress? It's so versatile! The vest is attached with hidden snaps so that it is removeable and changeable! The mock vest ties in back so that the dress is easy to fit and has a very flattering look. Make one dress and several vests so you will be ready for many occasions.
