This is a bead fringe steering wheel cover that is still in the original packaging.
It has an easy slip on fit, fits most steering wheels from 14" to 15 1/2 inches in diameter.
Sparkling bead fringe, absorbs moisture and dampens road shocks.
It is from Cargear Classic.
There is one little strip of beads missing and 1 other little strip that has pulled loose and needs to be fixed. I don't know if it was like this when I bought it or if it has happened from lying around.
