10 Vintage plastic coat & cuff buttons wood grain hc1152

This set of vintage coat buttons consists of 6 of the largest size (1 3/8 inches) and 4 of the smaller (1 1/4 inches). They have a singed wood grain and gold metal circles highlighting the hole wells. The circles are missing on one of each size. The buttons are made of plastic.

I am not sure if these are bakelite or not. The odor created by rubbing under hot water is not typical of the bakelite odor. No cracks or chips.
