A great coverall or pinafore style apron that survived the 60s perfectly. Made of daisy printed cotton kettle cloth that resists wrinkles. The dark brown color means it won't show up every spatter and splash aprons tend to attract.
The skirt has a rounded bottom and one pocket that doesn't show up in the photo. The bib extends to wide shoulders and back panels. It ties at the back neck. The waistband is wide and has firmly sewn in ties. This is a handmade apron and very well finished.
The measurements are: skirt length is 23 inches; waist not including ties or back extentions is 21 inches; bib is 13 inches wide and 12½ from neck edge to top of waistband.
Although it allows for more expansion than a dress, this apron has more structure than a bib apron and is meant for a woman of fairly slim build. I think this would fit no more than a size 12.
Condition is perfect but it has probably been laundered. If you remember kettle cloth you know what I mean. Click on the photos to enlarge them and see the details.
