Harbour Publishing, B.C. 1999. ISBN: 1550171992. Very good. Ex-library book with sturdy laminated cover & usual type markings. Laminate has a little edgewear/peeling, light spotting to outer edge of pages. Internal pages are clean & tight other than some light corner creasing.
