Tupelo Honey is a light honey with a greenish cast. This is the best Tupelo I've tasted. It is awesome on pancakes. A great replacement for syrup! This honey was harvested from the Florida Panhandle. It has a delicate flavor with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Some diabetics are allowed to eat this honey. You may also know this honey as 'Eulee's Gold' from the movie with Peter Fonda!

Tupelo honey is simply delightful. The flavor is light and adds a hint of sweetness to my breakfast pancakes.
