My flower identification skills have been questioned in the past so I probably should stick with the generic " flower pendant bead " but this one definitely looks like a Poinsettia flower to me . It is white and carved so beautifully . It is very light weight . It is drilled front to back at the top and measures 30mm and is 5mm thick.

The bead in the photo is the one you will receive .
