Description: Nice souvenir card issued by the United Nations in 1973 depicting one of the corresponding stamps issued at the same time to publicize the General Assembly's declaration of the 1970s as "Disarmament Decade", along with four previous U.N. stamps relating to disarmament. A First Day of Issue cancellation from U.N. Headquarters in New York ties an 8¢ Disarmament Decade stamp to the card.
