julie-tom Store Vtg late 30's Art Deco Rayon Crepe Skirt 28"w (as-is) Description:This is a vintage Late 1930's Rayon Crepe Skirt, with a Navy Blue & White art deco pattern print. Probably hand-made in the late 30s early 40s, judging from the metal side zipper, but the fabric really looks like it could be from a decade earlier.There is a 4 1/2" slit in the front centerline at the hemline, for a little added wiggle room.We are selling this skirt as-is for restoration project:There are some faint stains on the skirt, and two small (1/4" or smaller) holes near the left sideseam halfway down. There is a very slight bleed-thru at the back waistband, in a 2" area; which is hardly noticable.The stains may come out with a good soak in oxy-clean, or possibly with Z-Out stain remover.No Maker's label.Condition- Fair to Good vintage condition. see above issues, and close up photos.
