Vtg 50s blue plaid 3-pc rayon-cotton Suit sz 6-8 CalifDescription:This is a vintage 1950s three piece suit, a blue & white woven plaid rayon-cotton blend, all in Very Good Vintage Condition.The maker's labels say: "Mary Hayes of California ~ Size 8 ~ Style 930". The reverse side of the maker's labels say: "65% Rayon, 25% combed cotton, 10% acetate, ~ 100% acetate lining ~ WPL-9610" The Jacket and blouse have a full satin lining, the skirt has a half slip lining of the same satin.The Jacket has 3 large pearlescent buttons down the front for closure. It has two flap pockets at the waist. The Blouse is button-down-the-backsleeveless, with 5 buttons.The Skirt has a metal side zipper at the back for closure. The condition of the outfit is Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition. No Fading, no Stains, no Tears. There is some perspiration fading to the interior satin lining at the pits, but this does not show on the exterior fabrics at all.The skirt is perfect with no issues.
