Sweet vintage lithograph print by the reknown artist: DIANA THORNE. (Signed in the lower left hand corner, DT.)

Jadk-In-The-Box, Roughy, the Wire-Haired Terrier, had been wondering for many days about this strange box. He was never allowed to touch it. Once he tried to steal it, bad fellow, but he was stopped and spanked and put to bed. Then one day someone left it where he could get at it. One good bite, the box flew open, and out cam Jack-In-The-Box!

VIBRANT, VIVID UNFADED COLORING in this sweet vintage print. EXCELLENT CONDITION. No issues to speak of. Measures 8-1/8 inches wide by 10-1/8 inches high.

Has another print image on the back. A picture of two sweet little Cairn Terrier puppies. Both on alert.

These puppies are twin sisters. They are Cairn Terriers. This is a very fashionable breed of dog because it is the one the British royal family has chosen. Bonny and Jill, these puppies, are very proud of their breed and they are very proud of each other. Their mistress also is proud of them, not only because they are cairns but because they are such well-mannered little ladies. Whenever they are invited to a tea party they behave beautifully, and so they are always invited.
