This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
My inspiration for this piece is the rhinestone frog. I nestled it in a bed of biot and ostrich feathers and twisted a few green rhinestone stamens to add interest. This would be a fun piece to wear and show you have a lot of fun with your life.
