This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
For this piece I used French veil to sculpture three leaves. I made a teardrop fascinator base and covered it with white wedding brocade. I finished the piece by making a white feather flower with pearl center.
