Western Texas Style Fascinator

This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. I covered the base in black faux tooled leather fabric and lined it in black satin. I used soft coque feathers and a rhinestone Texas shaped charm with black and silver chain for fashion detail.
