This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
This piece has been designed so that there is plenty of room at the back of the head to add a black lace veil on a comb if the wearer chooses. This is not included. It can also be taken apart for easy storage.
