This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
I call this one Mardi Gras because the color combination stands out and I used a gold mask with rhinestone eyes as a focal point to offset the feathers. I also made matching earrings with rhinestones. The colors are turquoise, black and red. The fascinator base is black with an over lay of turquoise lace.
