This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
My inspiration for this piece was the cameo with rhinestones. I nestled it in a feather pad of curled biot feathers on a beautiful oriental brocade fabric background. The fascinator base is tear drop shaped.
