This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge I covered this teardrop shaped base with amethyst colored faux suede fabric, added green hackle feathers to compliment the peacock feather. It comes with coordinating earrings.
