It hold a ruby paste cabochon stone at center measuring about 8 x 11mm oval. The setting has beautiful ornate antique details and is composed of antique rolled gold. The ring has been lovingly worn over the years and has wear to the surface of the stone and wear to the gold finish as well as to be expected for a ring that is well over 100 years old.
