Vintage Art Deco Star Sapphire Pendant Necklace Lavaliere 1950s

A Wonderful Vintage Art Deco Star Sapphire Pendant Necklace Lavaliere, circa 1950s. This beautiful vintage pendant holds a deep rich blue star sapphire measuring about 9 x 10mm. It does not display a distinct star pattern, but has areas of luminous glow as the stone moves through the light. It is beautifully set in a classic Art Deco style silver setting adorned with white faceted accent stones. It comes with the sterling silver chain as show measuring about 18 inches long. Overall the pendant measures about 1 1/8 inches with the bail by about 1/2 inch wide. This piece was acquired through an estate collection and is estimated to date circa 1950s. A gorgeous estate find.
