Rutinoscorbin is a product used to treat colds and viral infections, including influenza.
Rutinoscorbin has the combined effects of rutoside and vitamin C. Rutoside strengthens blood vessels and reduces their permeability. It also protects vitamin C against oxidation, allowing it to retain its properties for longer. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) has an antioxidant effect that is essential in many metabolic processes. It participates, with others, in the formation of collagen and hemoglobin and facilitates the absorption of iron.
INDICATIONS FOR USE:
States of vitamin C deficiency.
States of increased demand for vitamin C (colds, viral infections, including flu).
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Prophylactically: 1 or 2 tablets a day.
In states of vitamin C deficiency: 1 or 2 tablets two to four times a day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not take this if you are allergic to any of the drug components, or are prone to or experiencing excessive excretion of oxalic acid, gout, cystinuria, hypokalemia, hypercalcemia, pregnancy, and lactation.
INGREDIENTS:
The active substances are rutoside (Rutosidum) and ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum).
1 tablet contains 25 mg of rutoside and 100 mg of ascorbic acid.
STORAGE:
Store at a temperature of 25°C or less. Keep out of reach of children.
DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A VARIED DIET!
