Overall Condition: The flexi cover is in rough shape with a 6" rip along the backstrip and front cover as well as a tear to the head of the spine. Otherwise this acceptable and very usable reading copy has clean unmarked text with two pages tanned by a makeshift bookmark which you can have if you want it. There is some underlining but it looks like it was printed with the text which is a new one on me.
