As a present (or in an effort to keep her entertained), Valérie's grandmother gave her a box of beads and some string. From this humble beginning, she developed a passion for the creation of colorful and organic earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, meant to flow together in invigorating combinations of amber and rose, amethyst and lapis, or whatever she desired. Her creations have been worn on the runways of New York Fashion Week and graced the pages of high fashion magazines. In 2002, she officially established Valérie M Designs.
An opera singer by trade, Valérie continues to fulfill the growing demands for her jewelry while appearing on renowned stages all over the world. When she's not globetrotting, Valérie lives in New York City.
Overall Condition: Very good: The book does not look new and has been read but is in excellent condition. There is no obvious damage to the pictorial cover and the dust jacket is included. There are no missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. It may have very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover as well as very minimal wear and tear; see images.
