This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
For this piece I used natural colored guinea feathers to cover the entire fascinator base. Then I made a feather pad from a long curled guinea feather and biot feathers. The piece has a vintage jewel to complete the design.
