This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
I felt like singing ‘Three coins in a fountain’ when I made this piece. I used many coins and many pheasant feathers to make this round feather pad.
