Here is an great Jazz rarity on the U.K. HMV Label that was pressed in Great Britain. It contains material recorded in October, 1958. The notes on the back cover were written by Phil Sunkel himself, and Sunkel also plays coronet on this album. In addition to Mulligan, Brookmeyer, and Sunkel, there is a host of other great Jazz musicians appearing on these recordings, including Milt Hinton, Wendell Marshall and others.
The record shows surface scuffing and some light hairline scratches. I carefully touched the surface and did not notice anything that could actually be felt on the grooves. Everything on the vinyl appears to be light in nature and not very deep into the grooves. The cover is made of thinner cardboard than a US pressing and has quite a bit of wear & crinkling at and near the opening, including some tears. The front and back still retains a considerable amount of their original surface gloss along with some wear. There is no upper or lower seam splitting and no writing. The back cover still has its vintage U.K. price sticker.

All LPs come packaged carefully in a sturdy corrugated box made specifically for mailing LPs plus a cardboard insert. The covers are placed in clear plastic record sleeves. The vinyl is removed from the cover (except for SEALED items) for shipping to prevent seam splitting during shipment.
